Hello! A new student house is arising in Hengelo on Langestraat, above Foto Bertelink, available from September. This property is for all-female tenants. There are 4 rooms available (each around 15 m2) with a shared new bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, 1 toilet, larger storage cupboards on the landing, Wi-Fi, and a brand-new kitchen (induction hob and oven) and large fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has new dishes, cutlery, glassware and pans. There is no communal living room. Each room costs €500 per month (including utilities). Deposit €200. The house is well-located: 5-10 minutes walk to the station, 5 minutes to the center, nearby supermarkets, nightlife in the street, Saxion and University of Twente about half an hour by bike. Bikes cannot be stored inside but can be left outside at 1 of 2 shops. Note: the house is next to Club Merlijn, so Saturday night noise may occur; otherwise weekdays are a pleasant city vibe.
