There is also €20 cleaning costs p.m. Smoking and pets not allowed! The room has parquet flooring and the rest of the building also has parquet flooring and has a fireplace. Room is for 1 person only. Windows have triple glazing. Internet is available. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet (2nd toilet available) are shared spaces. In the kitchen and bathroom there are enough cupboards for every resident. Stove, refrigerator and washing machine are for use by every resident. In the living kitchen (about 25 m²) there is a large dining table with chairs for every resident. There is also a rooftop terrace. Bus stop, NS station, shops are within walking distance (5 min). We prefer working tenants or students.
