The Stadhuisplein is at your doorstep with the market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Almere has a modern city center and Amsterdam is 20 minutes away by train. On the first floor at HIGHNote, there is a roof garden especially for the community of The Cohesion HIGHNote. This roof garden will be a mix of green, relaxing and above all, meeting each other. Work, meet and brainstorm in your private co-working space on the ground floor. HIGHNote creates an environment where you can release your creativity and elevate each other to a higher level. Meet your neighbors, they might be your in-house sparring partner! The safe haven you require after an intense day filled with meetings, bike rides through the rain or just because you feel like staying home. Living concept This particular apartment is situated within The Cohesion Coliving concept. Experience not only the apartment but the full living concept. The Cohesion Coliving accommodations offer you a place of retreat as well as plenty of common rooms, facilities, and services. Each one of our Coliving locations boasts its own unique character. No one is alone for long with us – you quickly become part of the active and international The Cohesion family. Services which are included within this living concept and location. Next to the assistance of the house management (community manager), we take care of the heating, electricity, water, TV/internet (signal supply), furnishing, painting, cleaning, and glass washing of the communal areas so that our tenants can make optimal use of them. Moreover, the apartments are delivered with fire-safe curtains. You can use the parcel delivery to have your ordered packages delivered should you not be at home and a service plan is included (concerning minor repairs). In terms of security, we ensure that there are fire extinguishers, 24-hour service contracts for various installations & security cameras in/around the general areas. In addition, the ventilation systems are cleaned and maintained, we take care of greenery e.g., roof garden, and pest control if required. Finally, the non-residential service costs, include events/activities organized by The Cohesion, such as community drinks, organized sports activities, or creative workshops. Apartments on the 1st to 3rd floor cannot do window washing by themselves (twice a year), which is why it is compulsory in the total service costs for house numbers 211 to 279. Glass washing is not included for the other apartments. Transparent service costs settlement Each tenant pays service costs in advance on a monthly basis. After each calendar year, we will prepare a service cost settlement based on the actual cost incurred and your monthly advances. The service costs consist of different components and services which will be reflected in your annual statement. Each year, you will receive your service costs settlement for the last year before the 1st of July in the next year. Excluded and to be arranged by yourself as a tenant. • Electricity can be arranged via our preferred partner. • Heating, mandatory to be arranged via Vattenfall. • Water, mandatory be arranged via Vitens. • TV and Internet, can be arranged via Ziggo or KPN. • Furniture, can be leased via our preferred partner. • Deposit, can be paid directly or can be guaranteed via our preferred partner. • There are no storages or parking spots for rent at this location.
