Very well located and peaceful. its on the 4th floor, stairs! Very well mantained building. There is also a private storage unit available in the building for luggage etc. included. ------->Viewing date: September 9th! When the contract will be offered please bare in mind the timeline for signing and returning plus deposit will be +same day+!! I had one person who confirmed and 4 days later after not returning the signed contract she gave up which cause me a lot of wasted time, and since I'm travelling soon I need to make sure we are both on agreement. :)
