For shared use: Hallway, spacious kitchen/diner with built-in appliances. Bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Back garden with free rear access. The kitchen is shared with one other resident. A wonderful location in the city center with the option of using a lovely garden, where you can also safely store your bicycle. Available for a maximum of one year. We are looking for a female tenant. Gas, water, and electricity are covered by a monthly fee of €150 from June to September, and €250 per month for other months. Service costs: €20.00 per month, which includes internet access and assistance with cleaning the shared kitchen. Internet + TV: €50.00 per month. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
