The social rental homes have a maximum income cap: up to €57,926, and mid-income up to €81,633. To qualify for a studio or apartment, you must earn at least 3x the bare rent. A guarantor is allowed. Note: We are a private organization renting social housing; we are not a housing association. Homes are sustainable and future-ready. All units have energy labels A, A+, or A++, helping reduce energy costs. Service charges do not apply to heating. All apartments and studios are fully fitted and furnished (stoffied and gemeubileerd). The complex includes amenities such as a lounge/meeting space and various hospitality options, as well as a laundry facility available via Pay2Wash app. A bike storage area is available. We do not provide parking. Within 14 days of moving in, you must provide a BRP extract to show you are registered at the rented address; failure may lead to contract termination.
