Room in affitto

Hello! We (Cathelijne, Karlijn, Lotte and Sanne) are looking for a fifth housemate between 22 and 25 who enjoys game nights, sociability but also is busy with studies. We like to cook and eat together as much as possible. We also have a cleaning schedule. Practical info: it is a 14 m² room and the rent is €550 per month excluding service costs of €80. The room is available from 6 October with a contract that lasts until 31 December 2027. The house has a shared kitchen, utility room, living room and bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a front garden and back garden with a garage for your bike. It is 20 minutes by bike to the Uithof and 2 minutes to a shopping center with AH, Aldi and Dekamarkt. With bus 74 it is slightly less than half an hour to Utrecht Central, and the bus stops in front of the door. We do not yet have a date for the hospitation evenings, but they will take place in the week of 22 September. If you want to come hospiteren, please respond with your age, hobbies, studies and favorite board game by 15 September, and if we invite you, you will receive an email back by 21 September.
