The room is 24m2 and has its own kitchen. The rent for the room is about €755 per month.
You move into a house with 6 female roommates, all working and therefore we also prefer a female housemate who is finishing studies or working. We live within walking distance of the city center and the station, share a patio, have a private bike storage and a picnic table for the house. We are a close-knit house and regularly eat together during the week, go for a walk or exercise or go to a party or festival. Furthermore, we also like to bring the conviviality into the house with a drink, party, movie or game.
