House rules are no parties, no noise, no weeds and keep the place clean. Rate is all inclusive, including utilities, furniture, bedding, wifi internet, cutlery. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Both washmachine and a dryer are for use in the bathroom.
