Room to rent

Dear room seeking girls, (dutch only) Per November 1, there will be a room available for an indefinite period in our house at Reigerstraat! We are looking for someone who already has her own life in Groningen heeft. You will be living with 3 other girls. We are a close-knit house that loves fun and doing things together. For example, every Tuesday we have house night, where we cook and eat together. We expect you to be there! However, we all have our own busy lives. We find it important that our house stays neat and clean, so we use a cleaning schedule! The 4 of us share the kitchen, shower and toilet. We also have a freezer, washing machine and a dryer. Each room also has its own sink! The Albert Heijn supermarket is within walking distance, Action and Lidl are also close by. The city is about 8 minutes by bike. The room consists of 2 separate rooms. 1 large room of 18m2 and a bedroom of 4m2. The costs will be around +/- €440 per month incl, depending on the rent increase.
