The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet, sink with mixer tap, designer radiator, and a mirrored wall cabinet. The independent studio on the ground floor is fully furnished. The basic rent is €580 per month. PLEASE NOTE! Service costs are additional and will be explained in more detail. Rent allowance for this accommodation is possible from the age of 23.
