This nice building is located on a side street of the Nachtegaalstraat: an amazing location with Park Lepelenburg just around the corner! Time for some groceries or ready for some fun? You’ll most likely find all you need within reach, or walk downtown in five minutes. The Utrecht Science Park is a mere fifteen-minute bike ride away, and on your way there, you pass the wonderful Wilhelminapark: the perfect spot for some relaxation. Please note: to live in a room in this student complex, you must be able to prove that you are currently studying or will start a study soon. On our Help Center you can read which document(s) you need to provide in which situation. Without an approved document you will unfortunately not receive a rental contract!
