New build Trommij – Apartments Trompenburgstraat.

In Trompenburgstraat we are realizing 28 apartments, of which 21 are social rental homes. These homes are accessible by lift. We rent these homes with priority to people aged 65+. The apartments are part of the new build project Trommij, where we also realize courtyard homes for seniors and three-room apartments. This creates a mixed residential complex with space for different target groups.

The homes are expected to be completed in early December 2025. They are located in the Rivierenbuurt, within walking distance of tram and bus.

Housing The two-room apartments are new and sustainable. The complex has a lift. Each home has its own outdoor space and storage on the ground floor. The apartments are located above the Praxis City. The entrance to the residential complex is next to the shop.

Outdoor space All homes at Trommij have their own outdoor space. There are different housing types. For type B, C and D the outdoor space is along the gallery. From the second floor the home has, besides the balcony, also a void (open space). Type A has a separate outdoor space, independently from the gallery, for more privacy.

From your outdoor space you look out onto the inner courtyard and the green roof with solar panels of the courtyard homes. The inner courtyard is for the seniors of the courtyard homes only. You may not use it.

Parking and storage Each home has its own storage on the ground floor. There are no parking spaces at this project and you cannot apply for a parking permit via the municipality. For a disabled parking space you can contact the municipality.

Sustainable living The homes are energy-efficient and completely gas-free. They are equipped with: - a ground-source heat pump - solar panels - electric cooking (Perilex connection, two-phase plug required) - an Energy Label A++ (BENG: Almost Energy-Neutral Building) - You choose your own electricity provider.

Important: mandatory Eteck connection.

Heating, cooling and hot water are supplied via Eteck. You sign a mandatory supply agreement with Eteck. In 2025 fixed costs are € 78.28 per month, excluding consumption. For water you are connected to Waternet and pay water costs directly to Waternet.

Viewing the home This concerns a new-build project. Therefore there is no physical viewing possible. You take the home based on the advertisement text, floor plans and example photos. Please note that the homes may differ from these and no rights can be derived from this information.

About the Trommij project Project Trommij is located on Trompenburgstraat and Kromme Mijdrechtstraat. New, sustainable homes are being built here. Some homes are suitable for the elderly. The complex will have courtyard homes, a green inner courtyard and modern apartments. The apartments on Trompenburgstraat are located above Praxis City. In total, 23 homes will be added. This creates more suitable and affordable housing in the Rivierenbuurt of Amsterdam.
