New-build Trommij project – Kromme Mijdrechtstraat apartments

In Kromme Mijdrechtstraat we are building 6 social rental apartments with 3 rooms. The building has no elevator. The apartments are part of the Trommij new-build project, where we are also creating senior courtyard houses. This creates a mixed residential complex with space for different residents. There is a shared entrance and bicycle storage on the ground floor.

The homes are new and sustainable. The apartments have their own outdoor space. From there you have a view of the green internal courtyard. You share the common entrance and bicycle storage with the seniors of the courtyard houses.

Rent and service costs - Rent: €682.96 – €900.07 (price level 2025) - Service costs: about €40 (price level 2025)

Outdoor space and layout The three-room apartments have a balcony at the back. From there you overlook the internal courtyard and the green roof with solar panels of the courtyard houses. The courtyard is only for the seniors of the courtyard houses. You cannot use it. - In unit type K the balcony adjoins the bedroom. - In unit type L the balcony adjoins the living room/kitchen. - The two units on the first floor also have a French balcony at the front.

Parking and storage Each home has its own storage in the dwelling. There is a shared bicycle storage on the ground floor. There are no parking spaces at this project and you cannot apply for a parking permit via the municipality. For a disabled parking space you can contact the municipality.

Sustainable living The homes are energy-efficient and completely gas-free. They are equipped with: - a ground-source heat pump - solar panels - electric cooking (perilex connection, two-phase plug required) - an Energy Label A++ (BENG: Nearly Energy-Neutral Building) - You choose your own electricity supplier.

Important: mandatory connection to Eteck. Heating, cooling and hot water are supplied via Eteck. You sign a mandatory supply agreement with Eteck. In 2025 fixed costs are €78.28 per month, excluding consumption. Water is connected to Waternet and you pay water costs directly to Waternet.

Viewing the home This is a new-build project. Therefore there is no physical viewing possible. You accept the home based on the advert text, floor plans and sample photos. Note that the homes may differ and no rights can be derived from this information.

About the Trommij project Trommij lies on Trompenburgstraat and Kromme Mijdrechtstraat. New, sustainable homes are being built here. Some homes are suitable for the elderly. The complex will have courtyard houses, a green internal courtyard and modern apartments. The Trompenburgstraat apartments are above Praxis City. A total of 23 homes will be added to create more suitable and affordable housing in Amsterdam’s Rivierenbuurt.
