A mixed residential complex with room for different groups is created.
The homes are expected to be delivered in early December 2025. They are located in the Rivierenbuurt, within walking distance of tram and bus.
Housing Two-room apartments are new and sustainable. The complex has an elevator. Each home has its own outdoor space and storage on the ground floor. The apartments are located above the Praxis City. The entrance to the residential complex is next to the store.

Outdoor space All homes at Trommij have their own outdoor space. There are different housing types. For type B, C and D the outdoor area is along the gallery. From the second floor, the home also has a mezzanine in addition to the balcony. Type A has a separate outdoor space, detached from the gallery, for more privacy.
From your outdoor space you look out over the courtyard and the green roof with solar panels of the courtyard homes. The courtyard is only for the seniors living in the courtyard homes. You cannot use it.
Parking and storage Each home has its own storage on the ground floor. There are no parking spaces at this project and you cannot apply for a parking permit from the municipality. For a disabled parking space, you can contact the municipality.
Sustainable living The homes are energy-efficient and fully gas-free. They are equipped with: - a ground-source heat pump - solar panels - electric cooking (Perilex connection, two-phase plug required) - an Energy Label A++ (BENG: Nearly Energy-Neutral Building) - You choose your own electricity supplier.
