There will be 14 courtyard houses with a shared green inner courtyard. The garden is intended to meet each other and live together, special for seniors. The senior label applies here; resident children are not allowed. The homes are expected to be completed in early December 2025. They are located in the Rivierenbuurt, within walking distance of tram and bus.

Homes In Kromme Mijdrechtstraat, we are building modern, sustainable courtyard houses for seniors. These homes have a senior label, keeping things quiet and preserving the senior destination. Each home has its own terrace where you can park and charge a mobility scooter. The terrace borders the shared inner courtyard with seating to meet each other. The inner courtyard is safely fenced off from the street and offers space for gardening. The courtyard houses have a green roof with solar panels.

Living in a courtyard house at Trommij - You live in a modern complex with attention to the elderly, greenery and social interaction. The inner courtyard is for residents of the courtyard houses only; apartment residents may not use it. - The homes are for one- or two-person households only. At least one resident must be 55 years of age or older. - Children may not reside, stay for long or be registered in the BRP. - You share the main entrance and bicycle storage with other residents of the Kromme Mijdrechtstraat apartments. - The other homes in Trommij do not have the senior label. Some homes are rented with priority to seniors.

Sustainable living The homes are energy efficient and fully gas-free. They are equipped with: - a ground-source heat pump - solar panels - electric cooking (Perilex connector, two-phase plug required) - an Energy Label A++ (BENG: Nearly Energy-Neutral Building) - you choose your own electricity supplier.

Important: mandatory Eteck connection Heating, cooling and hot water are supplied via Eteck. You sign a mandatory supply agreement with Eteck. In 2025, fixed costs are € 78.28 per month, excluding consumption. Water is supplied by Waternet and you pay water costs directly to Waternet.

Viewing the home For this new-build project, no physical viewing is possible. You accept the home based on the advertisement text, floor plans and sample photos. New-build Trommij - Trompenburgstraat and Kromme Mijdrechtstraat Project Trommij is located on Trompenburgstraat and Kromme Mijdrechtstraat. Here new, sustainable homes are being built.
