Room to rent

As of 01-10-2025, four student rooms will be available at Kamerlingh Onnesstraat 43 in Groningen.

Location The student rooms are located in the cozy Stadsparkwijk, within walking distance of the city center of Groningen. Here you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and gyms. The ring road and other major access roads are quickly and easily accessible.

Layout Upon entering through the central entrance, you have access to both your own student room and the various common areas of the building. The room itself is spacious (between 11 and 17m2). Additionally, the property has a shared kitchen, fully equipped with the necessary amenities. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. Additionally, there is a separate toilet available. Besides the amenities in the room, kitchen, and bathroom, you can make use of the communal living room. This is an ideal place to spend quality time with your housemates.

Rent The rent for room 1 is €595.97, including an advance of €75 for water, gas, and electricity, internet, and television. The rent for room 2 is €517.31, including an advance of €75 for water, gas, and electricity, internet, and television. The rent for room 3 is €536.99, including an advance of €75 for water, gas, and electricity, internet, and television. The rent for room 5 is €664.75, including an advance of €75 for water, gas, and electricity, internet, and television.
