Palazzo is a new and stylish building on the Onderwijsboulevard in 's-Hertogenbosch. It is part of the Paleiskwartier, a modern city district just behind the station. Palazzo consists of four blocks. In one of these blocks 63 social rental apartments from BrabantWonen are being built. Of these apartments, 52 are rented out to residents temporarily displaced due to major maintenance on their home. 11 apartments are still available for regular rental, of which 3 are reserved. These are located on the fourth floor of the complex. In the middle of the building is an inner courtyard. This garden is not accessible to BrabantWonen tenants.

There will be 4 different apartment types and a mirrored variant, all with one bedroom. Intended for social housing. They have a living room with an open kitchen. All apartments have a bathroom and a separate toilet. Type C and D apartments have a balcony where you can sit outside. Type B has a French balcony where you cannot sit outside. You can view the layout per type apartment in the floor plans in the rental brochure.
