The higher the score, the more trustworthy the listing appears to be. Always exercise caution regardless of score.
Kamernet.nl is a major Dutch platform for finding rooms, studios, and apartments across the Netherlands, especially popular in student cities. Listings come from a mix of private landlords, property managers, and current tenants; some are marked as verified, but it’s still a marketplace—use common-sense scam checks. You can browse for free, but you must create an account and purchase a paid subscription to contact advertisers or schedule viewings. The site covers short- and long-term rentals and also includes anti-squat (antikraak) options.
