Description (English):

Available from October 1, 2025: sleeping/study room (14 m2), fully furnished and upholstered, with use of all necessary and usual facilities.

The room is part of a residence in a duplex house with a shared main entrance. The residence consists of a living room and kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge on the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet and bath on the first floor, and a basement. These spaces are shared with one other tenant.

The entire living space is fully furnished and upholstered. There is also a large garden with cozy sitting areas and a large garage for bicycles, storage, etc. The use of the washing machine and dryer is shared with me (living in the east wing of the duplex).

The house is located in a friendly village with a small shopping center and the most common facilities. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The nearest train station is in Sittard, 5 kilometers from the house (12 minutes by bus). Maastricht is 25 minutes by car or 35 minutes by public transport. Heerlen is 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by public transport. Eindhoven is 45 minutes by car or 75 minutes by public transport.

The house is more than a century old and has its own set of instructions. Additionally, I maintain as sustainable a household as possible. I am looking for a quiet tenant who respects this and commits to it. A tenant manual with information and instructions is available, as well as eco-friendly cleaning products.
