Room to rent

Hi! On November 1 a room will be available in our student house on St Bonifaciuslaan in Eindhoven! We, currently 3 girls and 2 boys, of whom one woman is leaving, are looking for a friendly female housemate to fill this room. We often eat together, play games and occasionally host a house night that sometimes ends up in the city. Besides all this sociability there is also space to retreat (for example just before exams). The rooms (yes you get 2) are on the 1st floor. There is a private sink, built-in wardrobe and a private balcony! The rooms are in total 19 square meters and the rent is (including utilities) 500 euros per month! We share a washing machine, toilet, kitchen, shower and a very nice roof terrace with the 5 of us, where we often eat together, barbecue and drink beers (including beer pong). The Albert Heijn and Lidl are within walking distance and with a maximum of 15 minutes cycling you are at the TU.
