If you are going to live in independent accommodation in this complex, there will be additional costs in addition to the rent you owe to the SSH. These include gas/water and light.
Electricity and an individual gas cooking connection (if available): you have to apply for it yourself with a supplier of your choice. Do this as soon as you have accepted the rental contract.
Hot water: these costs are also not included in the service costs but are handled by Ista. We will register you with Ista for this, after which they will inform you of the advance payments to be made and the settlement of these. As a resident of this complex, you are obliged to take this service. By accepting your tenancy agreement, you agree to this.
Water: for this you register with Vitens via [this link](https://www.vitens.nl/service/aanmelden). You also do this immediately after accepting the rental contract.
Please also note that you will receive an annual bill for waste collection and sewage charges.
