This old office building was completely transformed in 2022 to house as many as 233 rental homes. These brand-new studios and apartments are offered within the social and mid-income segments. Note that for social rentals you must earn under the maximum of €57,926, and for mid-income rentals under the maximum of €81,633. To qualify for a studio or apartment, you must earn at least 3x the bare rent. Providing a guarantor is also allowed.

The homes are sustainable and future-proof. All homes have energy label A, A+ or even A++ which helps reduce energy costs. Service charges do not apply to heating. All apartments and studios are fully upholstered and furnished so you can move into your new home completely worry-free!
In the complex there are also facilities such as a lounge and meeting space and several catering venues that can benefit the neighborhood. There is also a laundry room where you can use washing machines and dryers via the Pay2Wash app for a fee. Of course there is also a bicycle storage. We do not offer parking facilities.
Within 14 days after moving in you must provide a transcript from the Basic Registration of Persons (BRP) to prove you are actually registered at the rented address. If you fail to provide this in time, the landlord reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including possible termination of the rental agreement.
