Overview of the rental space
Best room-seeker, a room is available on Maanderweg! We are a cozy house where we enjoy hanging out together but also do our own thing. We are looking for someone between 19 and 23 who is still studying, neat, and sometimes up for doing something fun or having a beer/wine/tea. We also enjoy occasional weekend activities, so we are looking for someone who does not go away every weekend. We are currently 4 girls and 2 boys, and for this reason we are looking for a male tenant.
The room comes with its own sink and is 15 m² in size, for only €435 per month including gas/water/electricity and excluding internet (which costs another €5). Bathroom, kitchen and toilet are shared with 6 housemates. A washing machine is available.
Location is ideal: Ede-Wageningen station is about 5 minutes by bike, and to the town center you just walk out of the street.
