Our holiday home on vacation park IJssel Eilanden (Kampen, near Zwolle) is available for long-term rental from October 2025 until 31 March 2026 at the latest.
Costs: €1100 per month including water and electricity (this price applies if you rent the property continuously for at least 2 months).
The property is a detached 6-person chalet (70 m2), almost new: built in 2021. The chalet is on one level, well insulated and heated by infrared panels on the ceiling. In the tastefully furnished and cozy living area you will find a seating area with smart TV, the dining area and a modern kitchen with a large fridge (+ large freezer compartment), dishwasher, induction hob, microwave oven and coffee machine. Of the 3 bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other rooms have 2 single beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, washbasin, designer radiator and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. In the large garden you have your own terrace (south-facing) with a garden furniture set and parasol. The garden extends to the private jetty. From here you have a beautiful wide view over the water.
The house is ideally located and quiet at the edge of the park (near the entrance) and 2 cars can be parked next to the house.

- Tourist tax excluded (€1.50 per person per night, unless you are registered in Kampen municipality).
