Keizerstad Nijmegen is mostly located along the Waal, in the province of Gelderland, not far from the border with Germany.

In the Grootland district (Nijmegen-Zuid) MVGM Wonen rents a total of 104 apartments with a usable area (GBO) ranging from approx. 88 to 105 m2; four top apartments have an area of 140 to 143 m2.

The apartments are distributed over three buildings, located in a green environment and connected with each other by an underground garage under the buildings, where there are separate garage boxes, the use of which is linked to the rental apartment. A quintet of rental apartments (Carnotstraat 55 t/m 63) have only a storage room in the basement. Tenants of these apartments cannot use the garage and must park their vehicle on the public road, where normally there is enough parking space.

The apartments can be reached via three central entrance doors, as well as from the parking garage. You go to the floor via the elevator (or stairs). The front door opens onto the central landing.

There is a choice of six apartment types. Most apartments have one or two bedrooms. This dwelling falls under type B.

When you are offered an apartment, the apartment is equipped with a full-option kitchen, i.e., equipped with appliances. The bathroom includes a shower, a sink and a toilet. Apartment types F and G also have a bath. All apartments also have a separate second toilet.

The apartments are centrally heated (block heating). The heating costs, together with the costs for the delivery of other services, form part of the total rent.

This dwelling has a base rent of €1095.00 and the service costs consist of: €75.00 and €85.00 (heating costs) in total €160.00.
