What’s offered: – One furnished room – Access to almost the whole house (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.) – Shared fridge – Small outdoor space at the back – Washing machine and dryer available – Bi-weekly cleaning included for the rooms – Friendly atmosphere and help with practical matters if desired – Opportunity to practice Dutch – Only suitable for one person (no couples) – Temporary lease about 6 months, potentially extendable by agreement; shorter terms possible – You share the house with the owner (not standalone rental) – No party house; focus on quiet, cleanliness and mutual respect – Smoking and alcohol not allowed in the house – The owner is out during the day and away from home regularly – Contract based on mutual flexibility

Owner’s motivation: The room is not offered as a standard rental. They seek a quiet, sociable housemate who enjoys living in a shared household. Occasional chats or shared meals welcome, nothing mandatory. Just someone who brings life to the house and fits the vibe.
