A cozy 12 m² room in a mixed-house setting with 3 housemates. Available from November 1st. Rent is €301 + €84 for utilities (gas, water, electricity) per month. The living room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, washing machine, storage shed and two balconies are shared. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has convenient proximity to supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Dirk, Aldi) within walking distance. City center is about a 10-minute bike ride; University of Twente ~20 minutes by bike. There is a bus stop to the station at the door.
The dwelling currently houses one man (24, final year electrical engineering at UT). Regular group meals and social activities are common, but everyone respects personal space. The group enjoys evenings watching TV/films and playing games, and occasionally going out together.
