LOCATION The apartment is in an A-location. Meppel is a nice town with plenty to do. Supermarkets and specialty shops are within walking distance, and you can reach most places on foot. A parking permit from the municipality can be requested so you can park near the home (depends on the household).

The first area where you can park freely is within walking distance of the apartment. If you work outside Meppel, major routes like the A28 are easily reachable, about 3–5 minutes away from Zuideinde.

RENTAL PERIOD Minimum rental period is 12 months, after which the contract continues indefinitely. Notice period is 1 calendar month.

RENT & BOND Rent excludes gas, water and electricity and service costs. A monthly advance service charge of €50 applies for cleaning of common areas and window cleaning. Gas, water and electricity are paid separately by the tenant. The security deposit equals one month’s gross rent. The deposit is returned when the dwelling is handed back in at least the same condition as when handed over to the landlord.
