In our house on Gratamastraat, one room becomes available from November 1, 2025. The room is 14 m2 and costs €469 per month including utilities. WiFi costs €10 per month. The room has a nice balcony to enjoy the evening sun. Supermarkets are within walking distance. You are a 5-minute bike ride from UMCG and an 8-minute bike ride to the city center. Directly in front of the house is a bus stop that takes you to the main station or station Noord via UMCG and the city center.
You will live with Joyce (24), Nadie (22) and Nathalie (19). You share the communal kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer with them. Everyone does their own thing, but doors are open to each other. We have no obligations, but we do eat together sometimes and are often in each other’s rooms. We keep the house neat and divide cleaning tasks by a schedule.
Because we are a girls’ house, we are looking for a female housemate who fits in well.
