Dear all,
From November 9th 2025 we have a FURNISHED room available in the city center of Eindhoven on Willem de Zwijgerstraat. The room is 17m2. The room is furnished and will be provided with bed, desk, couches, fridge, microwave, tv, internet and sink with hot and cold water. Furthermore, the house contains a kitchen, bathroom, additional toilet, garden and roof terrace which are shared by 5 other international students and expats (men and women).
The price is €575 per month INCLUDING a payment for gas, water and electricity.
We are looking for a tenant that is excellent at keeping the place clean.
Registration is possible. No pets allowed. NO SMOKING allowed. No drugs allowed.
