Room to rent

Hello! From June 1 I have a room available on the first floor of my house. It is about 15 m² and fully furnished - bed and mattress, linens, wardrobes, PC, desk. It has a north-facing street view from the window. The house is in a nice, quiet area, away from the noise and bustle of the city, but still a stone's throw from amenities. Leiden Central Station is only a 5-minute bike ride away, and the main university facilities, such as Hortus, KOG and the university library, are equally close. The house has a living area of more than 120 m². We share a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and a laundry room. There is a large back garden and a rooftop terrace, perfect for BBQs, which we enjoy! The house is fully furnished, all furniture in the communal spaces is available for communal use, as well as all major appliances and electronics (refrigerators, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, BBQ, etc.). We have a Nintendo Wii and a PS4 in the living room.
A bit about me. I’m Max, the owner, 35, male. I work in the financial sector in Leiden. I love sports, gaming, reading and writing. The other housemate is Alis, 30, male, working in IT. Good guest, chill, friendly. We are both Dutch; languages spoken are Dutch and English. I also speak French and German, but not very well.
My preference is that everyone in the house gets along well and that we as housemates have a added value for each other. I have been renting rooms for over 15 years and it’s nice to meet new people and have a good home atmosphere! I really value that everyone feels at home. We have a preference for a male who also works or is finishing his studies. The rent and all utilities, taxes, etc. amount to 850 euros per month. There is a deposit of 1000 euros.
