GENERAL RENT CONDITIONS: To qualify for one of our rental homes, you must meet several conditions. • One-income earner: 3.5x gross monthly rent as income requirement (including fixed allowances and holiday pay); • Two-income earners: second gross salary counts for 100%; • Deposit: one month’s rent; • For a year contract, same income requirement; increased deposit of 2 months applies; • Self-employed: same income requirement with increased deposit; • If minimum salary is 75% of income requirement, a guarantor is required; • Pets allowed only with management approval (then deposit increases to 2 months); • Equity of current home and savings can be considered only in exceptional cases.
