We are looking for one new male housemate and one female housemate! We live in a mixed-gender house with 9 tenants and 6 girls. The house is part of student associations, with annual house parties, meals, and social events. There is a large living room, a balcony, and a big open kitchen where we eat together every evening. The flat is a short bike ride from the TU and 6 minutes to the city center. The room is 12 m2 and costs €360 including utilities. It has large windows and laminate flooring.
