General rental conditions To qualify for one of our rental homes, you must meet a number of conditions. • One-earner: 3.5x gross monthly rent as income requirement (incl. fixed supplements and vacation pay); • Two-earner households: second gross salary counts for 100%; • Security deposit: one month’s rent; • For a year contract the same income requirement applies. Higher deposit of 2 months instead of 1; • For self-employed: the same income requirement with higher deposit of 2 months; • If income is at least 75% of the requirement, a guarantor may be required (maximum deposit one-time rent); • Pets only with manager’s approval (after approval a higher deposit of 2 months applies); • Equity of current home and savings may only be considered in exceptional cases and entirely at the manager’s discretion.

Datakeeper and process To apply for one of our rental homes, you will be asked to verify your information via the Datakeeper app. Datakeeper is a Rabobank-supported app to safely and quickly share income and personal data. Completing the application via Datakeeper is a prerequisite to register for a rental home. Incomplete applications due to missing Datakeeper data will not be processed.
