Via sshxl.nl you can find student rooms, studios and apartments in cities such as Utrecht, Zeist, Rotterdam, Groningen, Tilburg and Zwolle. All listings are owned and managed by SSH (no third‑party landlords), which makes the offer reliable. You need a free My SSH account to respond to listings and you must meet the target‑group criteria (e.g., student status; some homes are for young starters or short‑stay in cooperation with universities). There is no paid subscription to apply, but expect eligibility checks and, in popular cities, strong competition and waiting times.
