Stadswonen Rotterdam is the main student housing provider in Rotterdam (part of Woonstad Rotterdam). It rents out rooms, studios, and apartments in its own buildings across the city. All listings are from the official landlord, so scams aren’t a concern. You need a Mijn Stadswonen account and must be a student or recent graduate to respond to offers. No security deposit (geen borg) is required and some homes are eligible for huurtoeslag. Expect waiting times and campus contract rules.
