Delete your RentHunter account
You can delete your account here without logging in. We send a 4-digit code to the email address of your account to confirm it is yours. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
What we delete
- Your name and phone number
- Your saved searches and alerts
- Your matches, applications and messages
- Your feedback and activity linked to your account
- Your contact in our email system, so you stop receiving our emails
What we keep
If you never subscribed or started a payment with us, your account is deleted completely, including your email address. If you did, Dutch tax law requires us to keep invoice records for 7 years. In that case we keep a minimal record of your account with your email address and your payment history, and your invoices stay with our payment provider Stripe. Everything listed above is still deleted.
Have an active subscription?
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription in your account settings first (you need to be logged in for that), so you are not charged again.
