What makes a room listing competitive in Harderwijk?
Key features renters seek include cycling distance to the train station, reasonable utility costs, and parking availability (scarce in the historic center). Rooms with good insulation are valuable given Dutch energy costs, and furnished options appeal to internationals and temporary residents. Garden access, washing machine availability, and registration possibility (uitzonderingsvergunning) significantly boost appeal.
