The current level is lower than the long average: the median asking rent of homes first seen on RentHunter in the 90 days to October 2026 is €795, and asking rents are stable against both three and twelve months earlier.

Deposits average 0.8 months of rent. 75% of listings say you can register at the address, 15% are listed as furnished, 22% mention a balcony, 21% a garden and 17% parking. Pets are rare in the ads: 1% say they are allowed.
